Community Guidelines

Updated on 2026-06-08

Bound by our passion for visuals, we gather at ActionGo and voluntarily conclude these Community Rules. This document forms the foundation of mutual trust as well as our joint commitment to build a healthy, diverse and reliable creative ecosystem.

1. Respect Others and Safeguard Personal Dignity

1.1 Protect Privacy and Portrait Rights

You shall not publish identifiable personal images, voices or private information without the individual’s explicit consent. Always obtain permission prior to shooting others; authorization from legal guardians is mandatory for any content involving minors. When using Reference Image or Character Cloning features, you warrant that you have secured explicit authorization from the right holders of uploaded pictures. Unauthorized imitation or forgery of other people’s voices or likenesses via our service is prohibited.

If the Platform receives right holder complaints or reasonably suspects your infringement, the Platform reserves the right to suspend your account and delete relevant generated content immediately, with all resulting legal liabilities borne solely by you.

1.2 Ban Non-Consensual Synthetic Content

We shall never deploy AI or other technologies to create or spread fabricated portraits, voices or actions of any person (public figures or ordinary individuals included) for humiliation, defamation, fraud or sexual innuendo.

1.3 Oppose Discrimination and Hate Speech

We respect all differences covering race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability and other personal identities. Critical opinions are acceptable, yet personal abuse is forbidden; clear stance-taking is allowed, yet incitement of confrontation is prohibited.

2. Honor Original Works and Comply with Intellectual Property Rules

2.1 Cherish Originality and Cite Content Legitimately

We take pride in original creation and condemn content theft. When utilizing third-party works including music, film clips, pictures, brand logos and more, confirm valid authorization or qualifying fair use and mark source information clearly.

2.2 Cautious Application of AI-Generated Content

  • Any AI output that substantially replicates copyrighted artistic styles (e.g. produce Disney-style animation) cannot be used commercially;

  • Do not claim AI-produced content as 100% original while overlooking potential derivative copyright risks;

  • Prioritize compliant built-in asset libraries or open-source resources provided by the Platform.

3. Defend Authenticity and Reject Harmful Content

3.1 Refrain from Spreading High-Risk Misinformation

Do not circulate rumors disproven by competent authorities concerning critical public affairs such as public health, elections and natural disasters, to prevent social panic and tangible real-world damages.

3.2 Keep Clear of Violent and Dangerous Content

Do not glorify terrorism, extremism or unlawful violence; avoid footage featuring self-harm, animal abuse or reckless dangerous challenges. Documentary violent scenes shall only be used for essential educational or journalistic use with mandatory content warning labels.

3.3 Purify Community Content Environment

Prohibit videos containing pornography, vulgar suggestive content, objectification of individuals or inappropriate minor-focused material; creating and distributing sexually exploitative or non-consensual intimate synthetic imagery is strictly banned.

4. Use AI Responsibly with Transparency and Accountability

4.1 Mark AI-Generated Content Prominently

If a video features AI-generated or substantially altered facial features, voices, scenes or storylines that could be mistaken for real events or genuine human remarks, add clear labels on title, description or opening credits (e.g. This video contains AI-generated content).

4.2 Avoid Abuse of Generative Functions

Never leverage AI to mass-produce spam, harassing messages, fake reviews or inflate data for fraudulent gains; do not use jailbreak prompts to bypass Platform security restrictions.

4.3 Watch for Technical Bias and Fairness

We acknowledge inherent cultural, gender or racial bias within AI models. Stay alert during creation to avoid reinforcing harmful stereotypes or marginalizing vulnerable groups.

5. Co-build Positive Interactive Ecosystem

5.1 Civilized Communication and Zero Cyberbullying

Comments, bullet screen messages and private messages constitute community discussion space. Constructive feedback is encouraged; personal attacks, malicious reporting, doxxing and group harassment are forbidden.

5.2 Proper Utilization of Platform Functions

Do not use exaggerated titles or misleading thumbnails for clickbait; refrain from registering multiple accounts to evade management; no technical manipulation to disrupt Platform operation or data statistics.

5.3 Minor Protection Obligations

Ensure all teen-targeted content is positive and wholesome; avoid creating, recommending or interacting with content detrimental to minors’ physical and mental health; abide by global online child protection laws and regulations.

6. Mutual Commitment between Platform and Community Users

Platform Undertakings

  • Deliver AI content tagging tools, copyright detection reminders and legally compliant asset resources;
