Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") specifies in detail how we collect, use, store, share, transfer and protect your personal information, as well as your relevant legal rights. Please read and fully understand all contents of this Agreement before using our services. Your continued use of the Platform’s services constitutes your full acceptance of all terms herein.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We process your personal information in a lawful, legitimate and minimum necessary manner solely to fulfill service purposes.
1.1 Account Registration
To create an account, you may register and log in via email address, Google Account or mobile phone number. The information you provide will be used for account verification and security protection.
If you log in via a third-party account such as Google Account, we only obtain publicly available basic information of the account (e.g., nickname and avatar), and will not access your contacts, private messages or other sensitive personal data.
1.2 Video Creation & AI Generation Services
When you use our AI video generation feature, we collect text prompts you input, uploaded images, audio and video materials (including content containing human faces or voices) to generate videos as you requested.
Important Notice: Your original uploaded materials and generated outputs are only used to fulfill the current service request and will not be used to identify your identity. After de-identification, encryption and irreversible anonymization rendering personal identification impossible, anonymized data may be applied to optimize our AI model performance.
We shall not use your generated content to train commercial models involving other parties’ portrait rights or voice rights unless explicit authorization is obtained from relevant parties.
1.3 Content Publication & Community Interaction
Videos, nicknames, avatars, personal introductions, likes and follower counts posted by you will be visible to other platform users.
Your interactive behaviors including likes and shares will be recorded to build social connections and support content recommendation.
To maintain community order, violating content and related account information (such as nicknames) may be publicly disclosed or submitted to competent regulatory authorities as required by law.
1.4 Personalized Recommendation & Advertisement
We collect your browsing history, search keywords, click records, video completion rates, device model and other log data to build user interest profiles for content recommendation.
You may turn off "Personalized Recommendation" under Settings - Privacy. After deactivation, content will be displayed based on non-personalized rules such as trending rankings only.
1.5 Device Permissions & System Information
We may request the following permissions to enable video shooting and editing functions:
Album/Storage: Import and export video source files;
Camera/Microphone: Real-time shooting and audio recording;
Location Information (Optional): Add location tags upon your separate authorization.
We automatically collect device model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifier and network type for service adaptation, crash troubleshooting and anti-fraud management.
1.6 Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies
We deploy Cookies and LocalStorage to retain login status, language preferences and security tokens.
You may reject or delete Cookies via your browser settings; however, partial platform functions may fail to work properly afterwards.
1.7 Other Circumstances Permitted by Law
We may process your personal data without additional consent to perform contractual obligations (e.g., order fulfillment), comply with statutory legal requirements (e.g., judicial investigation cooperation), respond to major public health emergencies, or safeguard vital personal and property safety of you or third parties.
2. How We Share, Transfer or Disclose Your Personal Information
2.1 Sharing Principles
We strictly adhere to the principle of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and data minimization. Personal information shall only be shared under scenarios specified below, and data processing agreements will be signed with information recipients.
2.2 Specific Sharing Scenarios
Payment Services: When you purchase platform credits, necessary transaction details including order amount, product name and identity information (bank card number, cardholder name) will be shared with authorized payment service providers such as Alipay and Visa to complete settlement.
Message Push Service: System notifications will be delivered by sharing your device identifier and push content with SDK providers of mobile push services including Huawei’s push service.
Customer Support: Authorized customer service vendors may access your account data and service conversation records to resolve your inquiries efficiently.
Marketing Campaigns: If you join lucky draws or physical reward redemption, your recipient name, phone number and delivery address will be shared with logistics partners subject to your prior consent.
Security & Research: Aggregated fully anonymized data with no linkage to identifiable individuals can be used for academic research, product iteration and industry report compilation.
2.3 Business Restructuring
In case of merger, split, acquisition or asset transfer, the new data controller shall be bound by this Agreement. If the Platform ceases operation, we will notify users in advance and permanently delete or anonymize all retained personal information.
2.4 Restrictions on Public Disclosure
We will not voluntarily disclose your non-public personal information unless required by applicable laws and regulations or you choose to make such information public by yourself.
3. Data Storage of Your Personal Information
3.1 Storage Location
Your personal information is principally stored on servers located within mainland China. If cross-border data transfer is required for overseas cloud service deployment, we will complete security assessment by national cyberspace regulatory authorities or adopt equivalent data protection measures and notify you separately.
3.2 Retention Period
Account information: retained until you submit an account cancellation application;
Published videos and source materials: kept until your manual deletion or account termination;
Transaction and system logs: stored for a minimum of 3 years after transaction completion or behavior occurrence to satisfy tax, audit and legal compliance requirements.
Upon expiration of retention period, all relevant personal data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
4. Your Rights over Personal Information
You may exercise the rights listed below via Account - Privacy Center or by contacting customer service:
Access & Rectification: View and revise your account profile and bound mobile number;
Deletion Right: Remove videos published by yourself;
Withdraw Consent: Disable unnecessary access permissions or revoke authorization for specific data processing activities at any time;
Account Cancellation: After your cancellation application is submitted, we will finish review and data erasure within 15 working days, except for data required to be preserved by law;
Disable Personalized Recommendation: Path: Settings > Privacy > Toggle off "Personalized Content Recommendation";
Restriction on Automated Decision-Making: You may request manual review if automated recommendations materially affect your legitimate interests;
Deceased User Data Handling: Legal next-of-kin may apply for freezing or deleting a deceased user’s account information with valid supporting documents.
We will respond to your application within 15 working days and may require identity verification for account security purposes.
5. Minors Protection
Our platform is primarily intended for adult users aged 18 and above. We will not proactively provide core AI video generation services to users under 18 years old. Once underage registration or usage is detected, relevant personal data will be promptly erased. Legal guardians may exercise the above rights on behalf of minors via the contact information listed in Clause 7.
6. Information Security Safeguards
We adopt multi-layered protection measures to secure your personal information:
Technical measures: SSL/TLS transmission encryption, AES-256 storage encryption, de-identification, access permission control and periodic penetration testing;
Management measures: establishment of dedicated data security committee, non-disclosure agreements for all staff and implementation of least privilege access policy;
Compliance certification: Certified with Level-3 National Cybersecurity Classified Protection of Information System in China;
Risk Reminder: Despite comprehensive security controls, inherent internet security risks exist; please properly keep your account password and avoid logging in on shared public devices.
